Training and Placement facility aims to bridge over the gap between, the requirements of the corporate houses and the skill sets that the students acquire during college. The present world largely driven by service industry, soft skills are much sought-after, especially by IT companies. Very often recruiters, because of absence of these skills reject majority of the candidates. As we are all aware, the under graduate years coincide with the most impressionable age of the students. Where their attitudes are developed, preference and interests are formed. Therefore, before stepping into the world of work students require proper initiation and the right personality. Personality enhancement programs at our college are exclusively design to prepare employable students. In order to place the students in good organizations, training is to be given to satisfy the requirements of the organization. Different organization has different kind of requirement and from that we have segregated the mostly asked one and will be provided to the students from the scratch. This training can be given at different stages during their academics, as well as industrial trainings are also mandatory in these days, identifying the appropriate one for the students, providing training from the reputed trainers.
During this tenure, the student will be able to understand and equipped with the following:

The training process will be done vigorously covering most of the things like
- Aptitude – Numbers, permutations and Combinations, Probability, Time series, Interest, clocks, etc.
- Verbal – reading, writing, grammar, sentence writing / correction and improvement, idioms and phrases, etc.
- Reasoning—logical deductions, puzzles, odd man out, blood relations, data interpretation, critical and analytical, Data interpretation, Venn diagrams, data sufficiency, etc.
- Technical – C for all branches, Java or OOPS concept, Data structures, python and Database.
- Soft Skills -- career planning, goal setting, time and stress management, communication skills, grooming the body language, listening skills, conduction of Mock Interviews (HR round).
